Bohdana R. is an accomplished pianist and dedicated piano instructor with a passion for sharing her love of music across borders. Hailing originally from Ukraine, her journey into the world of music commenced at the tender age of 7 in the picturesque city of Chernivtsi.
Having honed her skills at the College of Music in Ukraine, Bohdana's musical odyssey led her to the vibrant cultural hub of Chisinau, the Republic of Moldova. Here, amidst her studies, she found herself serving as an accompanist at the esteemed Academy of Music, Theatre, and Fine Arts, collaborating with singers, choirs, and instrumentalists alike.
Since 2016, Bohdana has been imparting her knowledge and expertise as a piano teacher, nurturing the talents of aspiring musicians with patience and skill.
Her musical prowess has not gone unnoticed, as evidenced by her participation in prestigious piano festivals such as "Feuerwerk Einbeck" in Germany and "Klaipeda Piano Masters" in Lithuania. Across various stages, from her homeland of Ukraine to the cultural hubs of Germany, Great Britain, and beyond, Bohdana's performances have enraptured audiences with her emotive interpretations and technical finesse.
In addition to her solo endeavours, Bohdana generously lends her talents as an accompanist to several Choral Societies in London, enriching the choral landscape with her collaborative spirit and musical sensitivity. Continuously devoted to her craft, she remains deeply engaged in supporting concerts both as a soloist and accompanist, while nurturing the next generation of musicians through her teaching in Ukraine, Moldova, and Great Britain.
