Irene is a versatile violinist and musician from Spain, with a rich background in various musical fields. She began her violin studies at age 7 and later added piano as a second instrument. Throughout her childhood and teenage years, Irene earned several national and international violin competition awards in Spain. She completed her Bachelor’s degree in Violin Performance in her home country alongside studying piano as a second instrument.
Her passion for education and pedagogy emerged during her academic years, leading her to pursue further studies in Music Pedagogy, which she completed in 2011. Irene’s eagerness to expand her knowledge also guided her to explore Early Music and Historical Performance—Baroque Violin, earning a third degree in this field in 2014 under the guidance of Hiro Kurosaki.
In 2017, Irene moved to Germany to undertake Master’s studies in both Baroque Violin and Historical Performance at the Staatliche Hochschule für Musik Trossingen. She has been actively teaching since 2009, contributing her expertise to various schools, music academies, and summer courses.
