Ballet classes for adults is the best type of exercise to be able to get that grace, poise and long toned legs of a ballerina. During ballet we use the whole body which helps us improve our posture, flexibility and well-being.
Throughout the ballet classes you will learn to understand body alignment and position, the teacher will help you develop and tone your upper & lower body muscles and improve balance and breathing. You will be introduced to the ballet terminology and learn the positions, basic barre and centre exercises, jumps and turns.
Taking ballet lessons will also help improve any other dance style you might be practising at the moment as it will strengthen your centre, giving you better balance and body lines.
